Intercultural Communication Coaching: Designed for participants who have an Intermediate to Advance level (B1 to C2), the Intercultural Communication Coaching improves verbal and non-verbal skills in one or more of the following:
Socializing: Breaking the ice, creating rapport, networking
Negotiating: Tools of persuasion, red flag alerts, closing the deal
Meetings: Prepare, conduct, and follow-up
Diplomacy: Understanding nuance, subtle and understated phrasing of sentences; extreme active/reflexive listening
Presenting: Elements of the presentation, including audio/visual aids, and signposting
Pitching: Crafting a story to further engage your stakeholders in your vision
